We offer a full range of appraisals. All appraisal reports are prepared by state certified appraisers and are in full compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). McClintick Real Estate, Inc. is dedicated to meet the needs of their clients, especially in the terms of "turn around time". We understand that the appraisal is a critical and vital piece of the lending process. Company policy calls for the appraisal inspection to be made within 24 hours of receipt of request and the completed appraisal to be to the client within 5 days from the date of inspection. Assignments will not be accepted unless this timetable can be met. Every attempt is made to expedite the "turn around time". Clients are kept informed throughout the appraisal process and are immediately contacted if a problem or delay arises. Order your appraisal on-line by filling out our Appraisal Request Form.
